Overview
Codebrew Solutions operates this site to present our consultancy services and to receive project briefs. We collect the minimum data required to respond to you and to understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data.
What we collect
- Project intake submissions: full name, corporate email, company name and URL, selected cloud ecosystem, engineering pillars, scale, urgency, and the ROM estimate generated by the estimator.
- Analytics events (consent only): pages viewed, estimator selections, intake step completions, form submissions, CTA clicks, a randomly generated session identifier, and campaign parameters (UTM/gclid) present in the URL you arrived with.
- Operational data: standard server request data needed to serve and secure the site.
How we use it
Intake submissions are routed to our operations team so an engineer can scope your work and return a Statement of Work. Analytics events are aggregated to measure conversion of the estimator and intake flow. We do not use analytics data to build advertising profiles.
Analytics and cookie consent
Analytics are strictly opt-in. On your first visit a banner asks for a decision. Until you select [ Accept ], no analytics script is loaded, no analytics cookie is written, and no events are recorded or sent — events triggered before consent are dropped, not queued.
If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation) when a measurement ID is configured, and we record the same events to our own database so we can view conversion rates. If you decline, only the strictly necessary storage needed to remember that decision is used.
Your decision is stored in your browser's local storage under codebrew_cookie_consent and applies to that browser and device.
Managing your preferences
You can review or change your choice at any time — turning analytics off stops all further events immediately.
You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, which resets the banner on your next visit.
Retention and sharing
Intake submissions are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and deliver the engagement, plus our standard business record period. Analytics events are retained in aggregate form. Data is processed by our hosting and database providers and, where you consented, by Google Analytics. We disclose data otherwise only when required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have submitted. Email ops@codebrewsolutions.dev and we will respond within a reasonable period.
